Policy Points

Appointments & Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy: Requires at least 24 hours' notice to avoid late canellation fees (80$).
Late Arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting subsequent clients.
No-Shows: May be charged the full service fee.
Professional Boundaries & Conduct:
Zero-Tolerance Sexual Harassment: Persistent Sexual Harassment of the therapist may result in Immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Draping: Professional, modest draping is standard, limited draping that meets the requirements for massage available upon client request.
Scope of Practice: Therapists do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat specific medical conditions without a doctor’s referral.
Client Requirements & Health:
Intake Forms: Clients must complete intake forms and update therapists on new conditions or health developments.
Hygiene: Clients are expected to arrive clean; sessions may be refused due to poor hygiene or strong scents that would prove impactful to the treatment or damaging to the space.
Intoxication: Sessions may be terminated if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Safety & Sanitation:
COVID/Illness Policy: Clients with contagious illnesses should reschedule. Rescheduling accommodations will be made in the event of sickness.
Clientele must be 18+
Right to Refuse Service: Therapists reserve the right to stop a session for any reason to maintain a safe environment.
Client information is protected under HIPAA standards.
Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
