The Bear Behind the Bare

I learned my trade in a multi-modality health and wellness clinic — almost two years of working next to other practitioners, picking up tools instead of picking a single lane.
Swedish and structural work. Breath. Meditation. Hands-on manipulation. The clinical jargon you can write down and repeat, the intuitive stuff you only get by being present.
That’s still how I work. I listen to you first. Then I listen with my hands. Pressure, pace, where you hold and where you let go — that tells me more than a menu of modalities ever will. I mix what I’ve learned until the session fits the person on the table, not the other way around.
I’m licensed, trained, and not done learning. I’ll take a lecture hall as seriously as a teacher who works music festivals and big rituals. Different energies. Same question: what does this body want, need, and desire?
You don’t need to arrive knowing what you need. Show up. We’ll find it. Together.
